An edgewise coil is a coil made by bending flat wire in the edgewise direction. Compared to round wire coils commonly used, it can secure the same cross-sectional area at the same size, allowing for higher current flow than round wire coils. Our company proposes and manufactures with high quality, low cost, and short delivery times. Due to fluctuations in the world, we are currently focusing on the design and prototyping of "edgewise coil prototypes" primarily using flat wire. 【About Edgewise Coils】 <Advantages> ■ If the cross-sectional area of the copper wire is equivalent between round copper wire and flat copper wire, the coil made from flat copper wire can achieve a more compact design by eliminating the bobbin. ■ Unnecessary gaps are eliminated, allowing for a reduction of about 25% in material usage. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
